This is a general purpose white bakers’ flour, great for making all kinds of biscuits. The flour is made by milling a selected blend of medium protein, semi-hard wheat to give uniformity in baking.

Order online and collect from our Invercargill factory. These bulk bags are unable to be included in delivery orders sorry.
